That may be what this weekend will look like for us. We are going to NY for a hunt test & the forecast is rain & thundershowers.Our rain gear is already packed. I would rather have rain than hot humid weather. Better for the dogs. Just hope there's no lightening.

lol At one point it was raining so hard the ducks didn't want to fly, and the pigeons were half drowned before they hit the ground.. It was a blast and while I had a blast judging it, I want to run it next Feb. It was a marking only test so no blinds. It was split between any dog that had a senior leg or above and dogs that had junior and below. Every mark was a single and their was either 6 or 10 marks...lol can't remember.
Our club does some fun events, we are going to try blind golf next. Each wistle will be a "Stroke". I am sure you can figure out the rules if youwant to play it at your club...

We play 9 hole "golf" with blinds on our training days sometimes. Its a lot of fun, and with a bunch of master/grand/qaa dogs, you can get some LOW scores, even on tough blinds. Its a hoot.
