A big thanks to my friend Lisa for doing the eval on my puppies yesterday. And thanks to friend Erin for taking the great photos while I tried to take notes and absorb all the knowledge.
The day held some surprises and some heartbreaks. I'll share the top picks after awhile.
There are 11 puppies, and I included them all.
Here is the link to see the photo album.

Jen, you have a very nice group to pick from!!! Me, I like green girl... Looks like she's got all the right stuff in all the right places. Orange girl is pretty nice to look at too, but I think green girl has a bit of a better rear on her. Good luck on whomever you choose... They all appear quite nice.![]()

And the Dostaff Girls:
Abby, Anna, Ava, Brandy, Cali, Holly, and Ruby (and Dixie, too)
Top picks were Green Girl and Orange Boy, so those are staying. We are sad that Green Boy didn't make the cut, too long in the back, though my lovely "devil's advocate" friends keep telling me that he could change, but we have LIMITED room at the inn and keeping 2 is already pushing it BIG TIME.

We decided to suck it up and hold back three and pray the right answer hits us in the head in a few months. I am not attached to the girl at all, and have options on picking the stud and a puppy back with 2 girls I placed, so I will still have my hands on my lines while not housing the girls myself. Hubby gets to hold on to Green boy, we'll see if he develops into what we hope, or hubby can work him in obedience so he can earn his keep.

Nice pups, but I picked one no one else picked.
I am having a hard time to see fronts with the shadows in the pictures.
They look great, Jen! I can't wait to watch them grow up... and I'm so glad you have found such great homes for everyone who you aren't keeping! I am glad you're keeping a boy, too.I just love these boys!

They're adorable!
Orange boy is my favorite :-* You're keeping him too for now right? Something about that face - just looks like he knows he's hot stuff! Good luck![]()

Melissa, I am not sure what you mean by your question. I suppose this isn't TRULY MY line until a few more generations but I picked Grace because of thorough research of the pedigree I wanted to start my foundation on. I bred to Joey because of where I wanted to take the future of this line of dogs. This is now MY line moving forward. And I have access to other girls carrying this pedigree that I can build on for future generations.
