Co-ownership/show prospect contract

Hello all! I am in the process of buying my first show-quality pup from what I believe to be a very reputable breeder. However, it's not a lab, different breed, so I hope no one minds me posting here anyways! I was wondering if there was anyone who is familiar with these type of arrangements that would be willing to look over the agreement (breeders and/or buyers). I would prefer to send the document thru PM instead of posting it openly, so if anyone who is willing to read it over and give me there advise, I would really appreciate it!

I agree, every one is different just as every situation is different. However, I think it's wonderful that you're looking into your possible agreement so thoroughly. Good for you! So much easier to think about and discuss items of concern before you sign it than after. I'd be willing to take a look too.

Thank you for responding! Luckily I found someone who went over it with a fine tooth comb and gave me some advice. Always nice to have another set of experienced eyes double check!
