My best friend (whom I have known since childhood) called me the other day to tell me they are finally ready to get a puppy. She has been dying for a dog for years but she knew she needed to wait till her two children were older. She always had bulldogs growing up(I remember how jealous I was that she had a dog and I didnt'). For the last 4-5 years we have discussed what she would finally get when the time came....Bulldogs, Boxers, Bull Terriers.
Well, low and behold, she called me tonight and said they have decided on a Labrador Retriever. I was blown away. I am so excited for her. She has asked me for help finding a reputable breeder in the PA/NJ area or if I can't do that she has threatened to steal my pup Guthrie and make me get a new pup. Temperament is of outmust importance as her daughter is disabled.
Recommendations? Warnings? Please PM me!
Thanks so much.

Not sure if Buttonwood has pups or what they're planning. They own both Jakey's and Quinn's fathers.
